Help a feeble internet network maintain a more steady signal by turning your own camera off and staying in one place while viewing videos, ideally while your avatar is placed on a chair - this limits the amount of incoming video streams to a single focus.
A simple refresh of the website will usually resolve one-time issues, however please visit or write to aaai-helpdesk@virtualchair.net for any sustained issues so we can understand if your browser or network security settings need to be adjusted.
